Innovate & Formulate: Advancing Dental Care Solutions with Jebsen & Jessen Vietnam

Jebsen & Jessen Vietnam recently organised a workshop in HCMC, Vietnam, centered on dental care ingredients, with invaluable support from our esteemed partner Evonik.

The workshop was adeptly led by Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients' Regional Personal Care Lab Manager Orranit, and Lab Specialist Nichakan, who both traveled from Thailand to Vietnam for this special occasion. They were supported by Vietnam's personal care team, including the remarkably supportive Truc, and our local personal care lab technician Xuan. This dedicated team ensured the event exceeded all initial expectations, engaging 23 out of 24 confirmed attendees. The comprehensive range of dental solutions presented by Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients, spanning abrasives to thickeners, piqued the interest of all participants.

The collaboration between Jebsen & Jessen Vietnam and Evonik introduced a specialised emphasis on toothpaste and oral care solutions, meeting the diverse requirements of dental manufacturers. The workshop ignited considerable excitement among attendees, eager to delve into innovative projects such as the development of anti-odour oral sprays and various toothpaste formulations, including both opaque and clear gel types.

The workshop's success was significantly enhanced by the collaborative atmosphere, facilitated by Orranit and Truc, who played a pivotal role in addressing customer inquiries. Nichakan and Xuan took the lead in demonstrating the laboratory procedure for making toothpaste, significantly bolstering customer understanding and engagement.

The presence of K. Paiput Ratnapradipa, Technical Service Manager – Evonik, SEAANZ - Silica, as our key business and technology partner, underscored the workshop's significance. Paiput’s insightful contributions about Evonik's dental solutions, which we distribute in the Vietnam market and beyond, exemplified the collaborative essence of the event and our dedication to delivering advanced solutions to our clients.
